Very professional workers that are very customer service oriented. The technician arrived and did a walk through with... me. He was very knowledgeable and quite friendly. I initially called True Clean to come and clean up a mess my puppy had made. I, honestly, thought that my carpets would be stained permanently with how messy they were. I was very pleased to see that the technician was not only able to remove the stains but it left my carpets bright and clearly cleaner than before. On top of that the carpets were dry within a couple hours. I was very satisfied with my experience from start to finish and would highly recommend this company!read more
