 St. Louis Home Magazine readers voted True Clean Carpet as the best carpet cleaning service in the St. Louis area.  This is an outstanding achievment and honor to have the residents of St. Louis make their voice heard in favor of True Clean Carpet.  It is also a tribute to the True Clean Carpet technicians and the deligence and care they provide to each and every customer.

In a press release early in March of 2008 the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) announced that The True Clean Carpet  System has earned  the “Gold” Seal of Approval award.**.  

The Carpet and Rug Institute is the only recognized institution in the U.S. carpet cleaning industry that provides objective third party cleaning assessments.  This distinction enables the citizens in the St. Louis Metro area to be assured that the great cleaning results promised by True Clean Carpet are backed by those whose sole purpose is to evaluate cleaning effectiveness.

"The Seal of Approval program addresses the issue of carpet cleaning effectiveness by testing and certifying only those products that meet high performance standards," said Werner Braun, CRI president. "Independent testing has shown that not all cleaning products clean equally well. We are thrilled to be able to tell people that companies who have earned the Seal of Approval can offer a complete and effective deep cleaning system, from start to finish."

The Seal of Approval Deep Cleaning Systems tests for eight performance criteria: soil removal, re-soiling, appearance retention, amount of moisture left in the carpet, surface appearance change, colorfastness, pH level, and optical brighteners.

Underscoring the value that carpet manufacturers place on quality cleaning products, some of the largest manufacturers have announced they will require the use of CRI Seal of Approval-certified cleaning products as part of future carpet warranties.
